Dr.Rahul. V. Ralegaonkar, Professor, Department of Civil Engineering felicitated by Achievement Award for Academician by CIDC
The Planning Commission, Government of India, now Niti Aayog jointly with the Indian construction industry has set up Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) to take up activities for the development of the Indian construction industry. The Council provides the impetus and the organizational infrastructure to raise quality levels across the industry. This helps to secure wider appreciation of the interests of construction business by the government, industry and peer groups in society. The 16th CIDC Vishvakarma award ceremony was held on 11th April, 2025 (Friday) at Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. The awards were presented in various 16 Categories to motivate and recognize the contributions of various stakeholders including Practioners, Researchers, Academicians, etc. Based on submitted Nomination, the contribution towards research & teaching Dr. Rahul V Ralegaonkar, Professor, Department of Civil Engineering was felicitated by Achievement Award for Academician. The awards were given by CIDC officials in the august presence of Mr. Harsh Malhotra, Hon’ble Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport & Highways and the Engineers Registration Board Officials, Tanzania.
