Seemantini Godbole, EVP , Chief Information and Digital Officer at Lowe’s, has another feather in her cap.Godbole is the recipient of this year’s Leadership Award as part of the Carolina CIO ORBIE Awards held Sept. 19 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle. The ORBIE Awards honors CIOs who drive innovation and transformation at leading organizations.
Seemantini Godbole, an alumna of the institute, earned her bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1990 from VNIT, Nagpur.Previously, in 2023 Seemantini was named CIO of the Year by Retail Info Systems and included on the Forbes CIO Next List.In 2020, she was recognized by Industry Dive as the CIO of the Year and was selected to the Adweek 50 honoring the year’s standout leaders in media, marketing and tech.
