A total budget of ₹232.00 Lakhs has been approved to develop Cyber-Physical System (CPS) solutions as per the TEXMiN mandate for Technology Development (TD) and Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IE). The CoE is approved for a duration of four years and will focus on:
1. Developing CPS-based solutions for the mining sector
2. Supporting technology development projects
3. Establishing pre-incubation facilities for students
4. Enabling collaborative research with industry
The CoE will serve as a strategic platform to enhance digital technologies in mining, boost industry-academia linkages, and drive student entrepreneurship.
