VNIT Students shine at IIT Chennai Research Scholars’ Summit

The All-India Research Scholars’ Summit (AIRSS) was hosted at IIT Chennai, recently. It is the premier national-level event dedicated to fostering research collaborations, industry engagement, and academic excellence. This summit brought together scholars, academicians, industry leaders, and innovators from diverse fields. Mr. Yuvraj Patil, Ph.D. Scholar, Civil Engg. Dept. working under the guidance of Prof. Rahul Ralegaonkar and Dr. Vaidehi Dakwale, won the First Prize during the Oral Presentation.

                                                                                                                                                                         Mr. Jagdish Gouda, Ph.D. Scholar, Civil Engg. Dept., working under the guidance of Dr. Sitarami Reddy and Dr. Srinivasan V. got the Best Poster Award. Ms. Himanshi Bharadwaj, M.Sc. (Chemistry) student working under the guidance of Prof. Anupama Kumar was selected for an Oral Presentation under the category “Design and Development”. Ms.Vaidehi Menon and Ms. E.Haritha, Final Year B.Tech ( Electrical Engg.) students working under the guidance of Prof. P. S. Kulkarni received Juri Appreciation Prize. Nearly 200 papers were shortlisted for Oral Presentation during the above Summit.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

VNIT Director and authorities congratulated the students and their supervisors, praising their dedication, invention and hard work.
