Procedure for submitting samples towards data collection:-
1) At the Department of Chemistry, VNIT, proforma invoice can be generated after the submission of the data collection form.
2) With this proforma invoice, the charges need to be paid at the Account Section, VNIT, Nagpur and receive a receipt copy for the same.
3) Submit: i) receipt copy of payment, ii) Filled data collection form, and iii) Samples for data collection at the Department of Chemistry, VNIT.
For the above procedure , the customer/on behalf of the customer ‘s physical presence is required to do this process!
For samples from outside of Nagpur city please contact the faculty-in-charge to generate the proforma invoice and payment of fees online.
After then, it will be processed for data collection and the collected data can be provided by email. (Samples should be collected within one week of data collection)
