Important Instructions:

1. 1. It is mandatory for the students to have No Dues Clearance for registration and to attend the convocation. For No Dues Clearance, students are advised to follow the procedure given on VNIT website. Click here for Procedure.
   2. Without No-dues Clearance, students will not be able to register for convocation and consequently they will not be allowed to attend the convocation.
   3. Please Note: No extensions will be granted. Ensure to complete your registration well before the deadline to avoid any last minute inconvenience.
2. The convocation will be streamed live on VNIT's YouTube channel.
3. Degree recipients should reach VNIT one day before the convocation, i.e. on 14th September 2026 for the purpose of collecting the scarf from the respective departments and for the rehearsal of the convocation.
4. Degree recipients will not be permitted to carry mobile phones or cameras inside the auditorium during convocation. Please plan accordingly for the safekeeping of your belongings.
5. Note that the seating arrangement for the parents of degree recipients will not be in Auditorium (convocation venue). Seating arrangements for the parents will be made separately at the designated places.
6. Please be informed that on-campus accommodation will not be available for students or parents attending the convocation ceremony.
