Registration categories and charges

There are two types of conference registration categories – Physical and Virtual registration.

A single physical conference registration includes access to the following:

A single virtual conference registration includes remote access to the following: Conference Proceedings.

Please note the following conditions before registering:

Each accepted paper needs at least one author to have a full registration by ~~March 05~~ March 15 (extended due to Holi festival), 2023. For an accepted paper, if the only author registering for PCEMS 2023 is a student, then he/she will have to register at a full registration rate.
For authors, one regular registration covers uploading two accepted papers.
The final camera-ready manuscript submission deadline is March 15, 2022, and the program will be finalized immediately after this date. One author’s full registration will be checked before including each paper in the program (and the proceedings).

The registration categories and the corresponding charges (including 18% GST) are shown in the table below.

*If one author of the same paper has done registration as per S. No. 1 or 4.
Attendee refers to those who don’t have any accepted paper(s) but wish to participate in the conference.
Professional refers to the participant who is not a student.
Participants are highly encouraged to present their papers in physical mode and have a rewarding experience with other researchers.

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the full registration irrespective of the physical or virtual mode of presentation. [i.e., registration @ Rs. 6000 + Rs. 1080 (18% GST) = Rs. 7080 for Indian participants, and @ 120 USD + 21.6 (18% GST) = 141.6 USD for foreign participants is mandatory on or before March 15, 2023]
An additional 20% discount on registration fees is given to the IEEE member.
You must register and pay before you upload your final manuscript.
Please note that we do not entertain cancellation of registrations, and no refunds will be provided.

Steps to register for PCEMS 2023

Name of the participant (same name will be reflected on the certificate).
Student attendee and IEEE members will have to upload relevant identity card for the same.

In case of two paper registration simultaneously, the author should select one paper ID, and the other paper ID should be mentioned in the “Remark” in the last

Select whether the number of pages that are more than 6 or not from the drop-down menu.
Finally, press “Register and Calculate”. The amount and detail will be displayed on the next page.
After payment of the amount, the payment receipt will be generated.
