Single conference registration includes the access to the following:

• All PCEMS 2026 conference sessions
• All keynote and invited talks
• Refreshments and lunch (October 30-31, 2026)
• Conference dinner
• Conference kit

Please note the following instructions before registering:

1. At least one author for an accepted paper is compulsory to register and present the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
2. Each paper requires a "Full" registration by an author
3. In case of Student Author, he/she is required to upload a valid proof of being a student during the registration.
4. An author can present another paper at the reduced fee @ 25% of the “Full” registration fee, i.e., the total registration fee will be 1.25 times of “Full” Registration fee of the first paper. (Example: Full Author with 2 papers: Total payable amount  = 10000 + 2500 = 12500 + 18% GST. Full Author with 3 papers: Total payable amount = 10000 + 5000 = 15000 + 18% GST.) This discount is applicable only for additional papers to be presented by the same author.

6. Onsite registration will be available on the days of the conference October 30-31, 2026 starting from 8:00 A.M. at the conference venue.
