Booking of Guest House for Alumni
- You can request booking of VNIT Guest house by filling up following form.
- The form needs details about the travel itinerary and Address proof and Life Memebership Card of VNIT Alumni Association.
- The charges for Alumni who are Life members of VNIT Alumni Association are at a discounted rate of Rs 1350/- per day instead of regular Rs 1800 per day. These are room charges and exclude breakfast Lunch and dinner.
- Alumni can request for Two rooms but the discounted rate will be applicable only for the room in which Alumni having Life membership of VNITAA. Other room will be charged at Rs 1800/- per day.
- The form will be processed by Associate Dean (Alumni) office. Booking should be done atleast 3-4 days in advance (Excluding weekends) and is subject to availability.
- Maximum stay permitted will be for 3 days. It can be extended after three days subject to availability.
