Dear delegate, as far as accommodation is concerned, we shall try to accommodate out-station participants at VNIT Guest House/Guest Rooms after payment as per rules of the Institute. These shall be available at "First Come First Served" basis.
Rooms at VNIT Guest House/ Guest Rooms (if available) are available as per following rates:
Hostel's Guest Room
Single Room (AC/Non AC)

Shared Room (AC/Non AC)
(INR 600/400 per person per day)
Boy's and Girl's Hostels
(For Student participants only)

(INR 600 per person per day)

(INR 300 per person per day)
Please note that prices may slightly vary.
If you wish to stay outside, then please make your own accommodation and conveyance arrangements. Also, drop an email to pcems@vnit.ac.in, regarding your accommodation, in case you don't opt guest house accommodation.
