Each submission must include the following information:

1. Title
2. Duration
3. Presenters: Names, affiliation, contact information (email and mailing address), and a short bio for each presenter.
4. Description: A description of the tutorial topic, providing a sense of both the scope and depth of the tutorial, along with a tutorial outline.
5. Expected Audience: Include the background of the audience and the expected number of attendees.
6. Recent Publications: List recent publications from the speakers in the past 3-5 years.
7. Relevance: Address the importance and timeliness of the proposal and its relevance to researchers and engineers.
8. Previous Editions: If the tutorial was conducted before, mention when and where it was conducted. If possible, provide a link to slides of the previous tutorial presentation.
9. Presentation Material: If a draft of the tutorial material (to be distributed to tutorial participants) is available that can aid in assessing the proposal.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be peer-reviewed using the following criteria:

• Timeliness of the proposal: Importance of the topic and relevance to PCEMS.
• Quality of the proposal: State-of-the-art coverage of the topic, and experience of the speakers.
• Spectrum of the proposal: The topic is of broad interest to academia and/or industry, researchers and/or engineers.
• Accessibility of material: The presentation can be understood by the broad PCEMS audience including graduate students, practising engineers, researchers and professors.

Proposals for tutorials must be submitted in PDF format to PCEMS 2024 via e-mail at pcems@vnit.ac.in (with the email subject as PCEMS 2024 Proposal for TUTORIAL Submission.
