The 2022 and 2023 editions of PCEMS have been successfully published in IEEE Xplore (Click for Previous Editions' Proceedings). The complete proceedings of PCEMS 2024 can be found here. All submission that are accepted and presented in the conference will be submitted to SCOPUS indexed conference proceeding for publication.
