Single conference registration includes the access to the following:
- All PCEMS 2025 conference sessions
- All keynote and invited talks
- Refreshments and lunch (November 06-07, 2025)
- Conference dinner
- Conference kit
Please note the following instructions before registering:
- Registration payment gateway is available at https://pay.vnit.ac.in/home
- At least one author for an accepted paper is compulsory to register and present the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
- Each paper requires a "Full" registration by an author
- In case of Student Author, he/she is required to upload a valid proof of being a student during the registration.
- An author can present another paper at the reduced fee @ 25% of the “Full” registration fee, i.e., the total registration fee will be 1.25 times of “Full” Registration fee of the first paper. (Example: Full Author with 2 papers: Total payable amount = 8000 + 2000 = 10000 + 18% GST. Full Author with 3 papers: Total payable amount = 8000 + 4000 = 12000 + 18% GST.) This discount is applicable only for additional papers to be presented by the same author.
- The extra page charges will be notified soon.
- Onsite registration will be available on the days of the conference November 06-07, 2025 starting from 8:00 A.M. at the conference venue.
- Once the payment is done, please fill the Google Form.
- If you have registered for Online Non-Author Attendee, please fill the Google Form.

Registration for online mode of presentation: A handful of accepted submissions may be allowed for presentation in ONLINE [Virtual] mode. The selection will be based on the urgency of the situation [i.e. the need to present ONLINE mode] alongwith some other factors and the conference organisers will have the sole and complete authority on the selection procedure. For online paper presentation, authors should do normal registration first and send an email to conference chair (phghare@ece.vnit.ac.in, saugata.sinha@ece.vnit.ac.in) regarding permission for online presentation upto 15th October 2025. If the request is accepted then they will have to pay remaining amount till 25th October 2025. The total number of ONLINE mode presentation will not be more than 30% of the total number of accepted submissions. The charges for ONLINE Mode Registration are as follows:

Note:
- There is an additional 18% GST for each registration.
- The USD conversion rate is considered at INR 90 for the payment of registration fees.
- Please register your paper by paying registration fees and upload the final camera-ready submission as per format given on site.
- Please note that we do not entertain the cancellation of registration, and no refund will be provided.
